Frustrated ~ Lurkers Help Too!!!
Hi Frenchy
You are doing awesome with your weight loss . I do have a few suggestions passed on to me from people who are at goal and they have worked for me. Like you, I was working out every day, getting in my protein, liquids and watching the calories. I can't stress enough that you have to eat to lose, I know it sounds crazy . but it's true. If you burn more calories than you are consuming and not eating enough your body will stay in a starvation mode and not want to let go of any fat... This is what I did to kickstart my losing again. I now exercise 5 times a week instead of 7 (this gives your body time to rest and adjust). I eat 6 times a day. I have breakfast, lunch and dinner. A morning snack, afternoon snack and evening snack. I make sure to get in at least 1100 calories a day, especially since I work out. Drink lots of H2O, keep up my protein and watch the carbs. After a week of adjusting I lost -7 lbs after being stalled for almost 2 weeks. You are - 76 lbs in a little short of 3 months!! That is something to celebrate!! Good luck to you and keep up the great work!!

Seems like you know the plan to loose weight. Are you counting calories? You need to stay under say 900 calories a day maybe abit more since your a man. Seriously measure everything....find out calories on fitday.com....What I read in your post all sounds good, but you maybe eating beyond your calorie level to loose efficiently. Write down everything that passes thru your lips and measure everything. I think you will see a difference fast. Keeping a food journal is difficult, but it does work. Sandy in Tucson.....Nov. 4......73 lbs down........340 lbs beginning weight.
