3-Month Update!

Yesterday, I was exactly 3 months out from my surgery and am soooo proud to announce that I weighed in this morning at 223 which makes my BMI EXACTLY 34.9... I'm Obese!!!! I never thought that I would be so happy to say those words. lol. I began this journey at 285 with a BMI of 44.6 which is Morbidly Obese. I still don't know what size clothes I can fit into. I've just been working it out with my safety pins! Thanks to all of you that gave support and prayers and made this journey soooo much easier. Christina -62 lbs!

I go thte same news last week at my doc's & I too was OVER THE MOON!!! Congratulations to us!!!

That's right! Congratulations to US!! I'm so encouraged to see that most of the people that I've talked to on OH have been very successful. Let's all keep up the good work!

First of all Congrats on your weight loss!!! Now--Safety pins!!! You've lost 62 lbs you need to break down and buy some new clothes. Time to celebrate!! I shopped today and couldn't shop plus size for the first time!!! Trying on smaller clothes feels really good!! Try it Christina! I bought a new oufit 2x a month! I wear the same things over & over to stretch it out! I don't want to waste $$ but do want to look good in tighter/smaller clothes!! Enjoy your "getting thinner" body. Thank you, Summer. You are absolutely right and I took your advice this past weekend. I suppose my mind is still catching up with my body because went only went down one size at a time while trying the clothes on. lol. Talk about a celebration!! I've come down FOUR sizes!! No more safety pins for me... at least not until these clothes become too big! Christina

Excellent Christina!!!!!!!! What a feeling it is so surreal!! I went shopping Friday and I did it agian walked into plus size picked out clothes too big and tried them on!!! Went back to the Reg dept and picked a Large tight sweater and it fit!!!! What is this true?? I felt so safe in plus size!! The clothes are sooooooo much cuter in smaller sizes !! I bet you look great Christina!!! 4 sizes is an AWESOME accomplishment !!! Now you'll be shopping all the time!!! ((hugs)) Summer
