Finally..the scale moved!!
Hi all
Well after almost 2 weeks at a halt the scale finally moved today and I am down another -3.5 lbs..woohoo! I took some suggestions and increased my calories from 800 to 1100, upped my H20 and protein and exercise 5 days a week instead of 7. Everyone is so right in saying that we need to eat to lose, I never understood that concept. But now I understand how the body goes into a "starvation" mode and stores all the calories it can. Thanks for everyones support and suggestions .

THAT'S GREAT! I HAVE NOTICED THAT MY WEIGHTLOSS HAS SLOWED DOWN A BIT. I HAVE ONLY LOST 2 POUNDS IN THE PAST WEEK OR SO... IT HAS BEEN A LOT FASTER! I DO NOT EAT ENOUGH. I THINK I MIGHT TRY TO EAT MORE!!!!
JUST NOT CHICKEN WINGS!
