Finally..the scale moved!!

Hi all Well after almost 2 weeks at a halt the scale finally moved today and I am down another -3.5 lbs..woohoo! I took some suggestions and increased my calories from 800 to 1100, upped my H20 and protein and exercise 5 days a week instead of 7. Everyone is so right in saying that we need to eat to lose, I never understood that concept. But now I understand how the body goes into a "starvation" mode and stores all the calories it can. THAT'S GREAT! I HAVE NOTICED THAT MY WEIGHTLOSS HAS SLOWED DOWN A BIT. I HAVE ONLY LOST 2 POUNDS IN THE PAST WEEK OR SO... IT HAS BEEN A LOT FASTER! I DO NOT EAT ENOUGH. That's just wonderful! I know the feeling. It gets so darn frustrating when we do all the right things and still get no good results. But you seem to be doing great so far. I'm glad the scale moved again. ~Angel 222/176/120 BMI: 34.6 Lap RNY 11/10/04
