Doctor & Scale
My doc TOLD me to stop stressing and fighting with the scale. He advised me to have my husband hide my scale and bring it out once a month!!! I said NO WAY!!! Then I said I'd considering it if hubby could bring out the scale once a Week???
Sounds like a good idea!!!........but I'm still thinking about it !!

You should try to stop obsessing over the scale...even for a week or two. I only weigh myself every other week, and the results are more satisfying. I was hopping on the scale every day, and getting depressed. Now, I only get on about every 10 days or so, and the greater weight loss numbers make me feel better.

I used to weigh twice a week. Now I only do it on Fri. In the morning, before I get dressed but after I pee (every ounce counts!) Some neuroses die hard! I figure do it before I head into the weekend. And some weeks it doesn't move. It doesn't go up, but it doesn't move. For the non weighing days, I have a pair of pants or shorts that is a size down or that I am just trying to get into. I'll try that on to confirm inches being lost so that I don't obsess about the numbers. Just another way of affirming when the scale isn't cooperating
