3 mo Update!! New goal set!!!
Hi everyone,
I had a great visit to Dr. C's today. PA said I'm doing awesome and I'm right on track for my weight class! I am down 52 lbs!!!!! It felt good to get a little pat on the back . Darryl (PA) said he thought I should change my goal weight from 140 to 135lbs. I agreed I was comfortable at 130 before!! 52 lbs GONE AND 53 lbs TO GO !
My B1 is finally up but I was still low on Calcium and Iron. I'll just pop another pill or 2. I am still having HORRIBLE LEG CRAMPS every night so I'm adding Magnesium to list of vitamins to take!
Just had to share with my OH friends!!!! Thanks for your support!!! and of course I had to share info about OH while in the waiting room!!

I've been having leg cramps too, but not the HORRIBLE ones, just small ones. The last time I had the "charlie horse" kind was when I was a teenager lifeguarding and I was dehydrated. Are you getting in all your water? I've been working hard trying to up my water and see if my cramps go away.
Have you tried UPCalD for calcium? I just put it in my protein drink, can't even tell it's there. I do this twice a day.

Hi Donna,
I am getting my water in! When I was pregnant I had cramps but took more Calcium and they went away! Does UpcalD come in a powder? I'm taking 2 600mg of Calcium Citrate so the PA said to take 3!! Adding it to a drink sounds good. He thinks the magnesium will help.....I'll know about 1:00 am in the morning!!! UpCal sounds like something I could do!!
