I finally dumped....on onions???

Hi all, OK, this is weird. I dumped for the first time tonight. But I dumped on onions. Has anyone ever heard of THAT? Melinda 286/239/oh darn, my size 6's are too big

It depends on the onion type, but some have a very high sugar count. Stay away from vidalias, or Wala,Wala's or any type Georgia or Washington State "sweet" onions. Further along you should be ok with these, but right now I would say stay away. Spanish and bermuda onions should be fine. Tee

Hi Melinda, I dump on onions too....but I'm thinking it was when I ate a BIG piece and probably didn't chew it too well. Since then I cut them very very small and don't use the vidalias. I just add a little for flavor and it's all good. ps. I like your "my size 6's" comment, CUTE! Sincerely, Julie

Yes, I had some tune with raw onions. I picked them out cause I don't really like raw onions, but got one and thought, oh well, just chew it.. well, I don't know if I didn't chew it enough or what, but I was feeling really yucky. I then threw up clear stuff and it had an onion flavor! EW. Donna
