Lunch: 2 slices of roasted turkey & 1 slice F/F cheese
Snack: Small handfull of Sunflower seeds
Dinner: Half of a hamburger patty & 1 slice F/F cheese
Snack: Phillyswirl s/f popsicle
Water: Around 50 oz of H2O
Vitamins: 2 flintstones with calcium
Exercise: 20 minutes of Tae Bo

Carb Option BBQ chips 1 oz = 12g P / 100 cal
w/ 2 TBSP Veggie dip = 3g P / 60 cal

Hood Carb yogurt smoothie = 13g P / 100 cal
Beef jerky nuggets 1 oz = 10g P / 100 cal
Originally I wasn****ching calories, just protein total...but it looks like I'm low on the calories = 635
Protein = 80g
H2O = 70 oz
Drugs = 2 multivit, 2 vit C w/ 2 Fe, Biotin, B12, Ursodiol x 2, Zyflamend
(Tuesday PCP took me off my BP/Benicar and Nexium, minus 2 yeah)
Exercise/Gym = 65min Treadmil, 3 miles, 411 cal burn, + weight machines
