Menus for Tuesday Feb. 1st
Hope everyone is feeling and doing well!!!
16 ounces water
Breakfast~ Just a glass of milk, I didn't feel great! 8 proteins
Lunch~ 2 1/2 ounces chicken breast, one bite mashed potatoes 15 pr.
Diet Snapple Peach tea
Snack~ Carbwell Bar Peanut Butter 10 proteins
Glass of milk 8 proteins
Supper~ 1 egg with onions and shredded cheese 8 proteins
SF hot chocolate 8 proteins
Ok, I am still not getting 65 grams protein a day, and I am really trying!!! I cannot tolerate the carb countdown milk, but I am really making an effort. I am usually around 60 or so a day....Is this ok or can anyone give me ideas for upping my protein?
BREAKFAST: 1/2 of cherry vanilla blue bunny s/f yogurt
SNACK: other 1/2 of the yogurt
LUNCH: 2 pieces of turkey bacon and a piece of ff cheddar cheese
DINNER: 1 low carb tortilla
fajita chicken
1 slice of ff cheese
small spoon full of sour cream & salsa
SNACK: Phillyswirl s/f popsicle
THE PHYILLYSWIRL S/F POPSICLES ARE SOOOOOOOO GOOD! YOU CAN GET THEM AT SAM'S!!!!!! THEY ARE THERE FOR A LIMITED TIME!
3 16 oz bottles of water
2 Flintstones vitamins w/ calcium
20 minutes of Tae Bo
Bfast: 8 oz milk
Lunch: Chinese veggies with clear sauce and brown rice, few spoons of egg drop soup
Dinner: small can Mary Kitchen (by Hormel) corned beef hash with katsup baked in oven for 30 minutes
It is funny that I ate this lunch approx. a week ago, and I was fine. After I ate it yesterday, I dumped. I think that it is the rice.
