Menus for Monday 1/31
Well it has been a good day so far for me!! I found something yesterday at the store that they were sampling. Its called Hills Bros. Carb Wise French Vanilla Cappucino. I used to be a capp. junkie and I thought WOW!! So I bought some. Well there is a recipe on the back, and you can take 8 ounces milk, 2 tbsp. of this and a bit of ice, and make a frozen one!! Its very good, and makes about 9 proteins!! YUM!! Its made with Splenda, and the sugar is 1 gram!! VERY LOW!!
Here is my menu!!
Breakfast~ 16 ounces water, 1/2 hour later, Carb Well Bar 10 proteins
Snack~ 8 ounces fat free milk 8 proteins
Lunch~ 1 egg with onions and shredded cheese 8 proteins
16 ounces water
Afternoon snack~ Frozen Carbwise Cappucino 8 proteins
Supper~ 3 Ounces chicken 18 proteins
Diet Lemon Iced Tea Snapple
Snack~ 1 blue bunny strawberry yogurt 9 proteins
Exercise~ Walking and stairs
Vitamins~ Taking them right now!
