Summer, I'm soooooo proud of you!!! I also wanted to say thank you for the input that you gave to me a week or so ago. I increased my protein and ever since then I've started losing again. I was so frustrated and now I'm hopeful again. My surgery date was Nov.4th and I'm down 43lbs. Keep up the great job and thanks again!! Debbie
