Down 79 lbs!

Hey Everyone! I haven't been on the November board in awhile. It sounds like all or most of our November buddies are doing good! I just thought I would let y'all know that I am down 79 lbs as you can tell by the topic since 11/23! I am so excited! I hope it continues to come off like it is. My family doesn't know that Monet (my wife who had the sugery in September down 108) and I had the sugery and we hope to be at goal when we go and visit them in June. Well, I pray that eveyone continues to do great! Ken
