Menu for 1/29/05
Breakfast - egg scrambled with cheese and a piece of ham
Lunch - beef and noodles
Supper - a little prime rib, a piece of shrimp, 1 bite of an onion ring, and a bloody mary YUM!! We ate at my favorite restaurant so I had to try everyone else's meal!!
As far as protein, I am out of mine and waiting for a new shipment. I miss it alot!!!! I can't believe I am saying that!!!
Breakfast: 1/2 blue bunny s/f yogurt
1/2 chicken breast
Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast with cheese
Snack: peanuts
Dinner: 1/4 of a piece of chopped steak
couple bites of ceasar salad (lettuce, cheese, dressing)
Vitamins: 2 Flintstones with Calcium
Exercise: 20 minutes of Tae Bo
Water: 36 oz water (I usually do better but yesterday wasn't a good
day)
