Here is mine for yesterday:
AM: Protein Shake
Decaf Diet tea (16 oz)
Breakfast: cottage cheese (3 oz) with 1 oz pineapple
Lunch: tuna salad (egg, light mayo, tuna, pickle) and 2 low-fat Keebler crackers
Snack: 1/2 cheese stick
Dinner: italian sausage and 1/2 meatball
no exercise
vitamins: yes
water: 32 ozs
Breakfast~ Chicken breast 2 ounces
16 ounces water
Lunch~ chicken breast 2 ounces
diet snapple
Supper~ I think we are going out to eat, so it will be probably some sort of salad or something!
My chicken was so good!! I "breaded" it with parmesan cheese and baked it and then put a tbsp of spagetti sauce over it!! YUM!!
I need to get drinking my water today!! We are going on a family date night to dinner and taking the kids to the movies!! Should be fun, but I hate to smell that popcorn...lol!!
