Menus for Thursday 1/27
Well I didn't eat as much protein today!
Breakfast~ 1 egg scrambled with 1 pc. sausage 11 proteins
Lunch~ 1/2 cup chili with shredded cheese 11 proteins
Supper~ 2.5 ounces boneless pork chop 12 proteins
I will try and have a CIB for a snack later...
Vitamins~ YES
Water~ Sorta
Exercise~ 12 minutes Gazelle, 25 crunches, 50 jumping jacks
Breakfast -- Blue Bunny Yogurt
Lunch -- 2 Tblsp f left over Spagatti meat
5 low fat wheat thins
Dinner -- 1 low carb chicken fajita
( low carb tortilla, chicken, cheese, salsa and a small
amount of fat free sour cream) mmmmm good!
Vitamins -- 2 Flintstones with calcium
Water -- around 50 ozs
Excerse -- not tonight! I know that is bad but I was really pooped when
I got home. I will do better Friday night!!!!!! I promise!
