Menus for Thursday 1/27

Well I didn't eat as much protein today! Breakfast~ 1 egg scrambled with 1 pc. sausage 11 proteins Lunch~ 1/2 cup chili with shredded cheese 11 proteins Supper~ 2.5 ounces boneless pork chop 12 proteins I will try and have a CIB for a snack later... Vitamins~ YES Water~ Sorta Exercise~ 12 minutes Gazelle, 25 crunches, 50 jumping jacks

Breakfast: 2 eggwhite omelet w/ onions, canadian bacon and cheese Snack: Protein shake Lunch: 2 baby back ribs Dinner: 1 Cheddarwurst water: some not enough Vitamins: yes Exercise: 1 hr @ gym. 25min on treadmill and the rest on the machines

Breakfast - protein drink in light oj snack - string cheese lunch - beef and noodles snack - beef and noodles supper- salad with salmon, garbonzo beans, and balsalmic vinigar I also ate a bite of my daughter's hot dog at the wrestling tournament! Very nutrious for me!!

Breakfast -- Blue Bunny Yogurt Lunch -- 2 Tblsp f left over Spagatti meat 5 low fat wheat thins Dinner -- 1 low carb chicken fajita ( low carb tortilla, chicken, cheese, salsa and a small amount of fat free sour cream) mmmmm good! Vitamins -- 2 Flintstones with calcium Water -- around 50 ozs Excerse -- not tonight! I know that is bad but I was really pooped when I got home. I will do better Friday night!!!!!! I promise! Jen

hi everyone BREAKFAST 1 egg and chesse omlet LUNCH chicken salad DINNER 2 oz boneless porkchop 1/4 cup mac and chesse also during the day 32 oz of crystal,and 2 CIB with 10 oz of skim milk,1 no sugar added hot cocoa.

B: Protein Drink L: Turkey meatloaf & small amount of green stuff S: Low Carb Approach Cappucino Drink from GNC 15 g protein and only 80 cals & 4 carbs D: (still early in Ca) I think Chinese chicken & greenbeans
