Well, at 2 months and 3 days out I am officially -60 lbs down today . I weighed myself at the gym last night and couldn't believe it. I wanted to see what 60 lbs really felt like so I picked up a 60lb barbell and I couldn't believe how heavy it is and that I was carrying that around with me. I know i have a ways to go, but this is such an accomplishment for me, I am so proud of myself. I am so greatful for this tool and so blessed to have had the opportunity to have this life saving surgery. God Bless Susan LAP RNY 11/24/04 374/313.5/190

That is phenomenal weight loss Susan! I started out at 285 and was afraid I wouldn't lose as much weight as I wanted to but it is falling off. I'm down 60 pounds too. At the store I piled 60 pounds of potatoes on my husband and he was very surprised at how heavy that was. No wonder my knees used to hurt all the time. Good going and keep up the good work. xoxo Alice From Dallas 11/10/04 285/225/?
