I am 9 weeks out today and I've lost 42 lbs. I feel great! I'm never hungry and I'm drinking 3 to 4 protein shakes a day AND taking my supplements. I'm not eating much, though. I'm just not hungry. Anyone else feel like this? Kriglet 11/23/04 290/248/130

Hi Kriglet! I am 9 weeks out and have lost 42 pounds too! I am not hungry much either but do push to get my protein shakes and all my vitamins and calcium in. Some days are much better than others. This REALLY is a learning experience isn't it?? Keep up the great work! Lori 231/189/130

Hey Kriglet - Congrats on the weightloss!! I'm down 41lbs but it's been 13 weeks for me. I hardly eat anything and I think that maybe I need to increase a little to start losing a little faster. As of yesterday I started to have 3 protein shakes instead of 1. Hope this helps because I'm starting to feel slightly frustrated that I haven't lost more. Good luck and keep up the fantastic work!! I'm almost 13 weeks out and I've lost 47lbs. I'm very happy about that - even though I usually only lose 1-2lbs per week. I lost a big amount (18lbs) right at the beginning - and then it's been slow but steady. I never drink the protein drinks - I find that they don't fill me up and I think that even the Unjury unflavored tastes nasty. Unfortunately, I do get hungry but when I eat a good solid protein meal it fills me up - I don't even need a snack. I usually get in about 70-80g of protein in from food and I try to get between 900 and 1000 calories in per day. So far all is going well. Congratulations to you! Mary B. 240/193/150
