What do you think?
Ok, this is just an idea....What do you think about whoever wants to, posting what they have eaten that day or even the day before. I thought maybe if we posted our menus, it might give us different ideas on what to eat etc....I know sometimes I just can't think of what to eat, or come up with a new idea, and just thought maybe this could be helpful to us!! What do you all think?? Would anyone be willing to do this?
Ok so today 1/24/05
B: 2 egg white omelet w/ onions, canadian bacon and cheese
L: 1/2 a Jr. Cheeseburger w/ no bun from Wendy's
D: small garden salad w/ a scoop of tuna salad on topmade w/ lite mayo, No dressing.
I also drank a cup of decaf tea, had a cup crystal light iced tea that's it. I'm not very good with drinking enough. I really got to drink more. Some days I can but with this cold weather out it's so hard for me to drink water. Ok..off to the gym now. I'll probably have a protein shake when I get home.

Breakfast~ CIB with fat free milk
snack~ 1 egg scrambled with onion and cheese
Lunch~ 1/2 cup chili topped with cheese and a dollop of shredded cheese
snack~ 1 ounce chicken, a 1/2 hour later I had a glass of sf hot chocolate made with ff milk
Supper~ 1 egg scrambled with onion and cheese
I have had water and diet snapple lemon iced tea.
Breakfast .... Dannon fruit on the bottom yogurt
Snack..... Ham roll ups (2 pieces of boiled ham each wrapped around approx a tbs of veggie cream cheese)
Lunch ..... chili from cafeteria
Snack..... remainder of chili from cafeteria
Dinner..... ATkins shake
Snack...... 3 -4 pieces of Reinbow roll sushi (isn;t it terrible when you can't even remember how much you ate
I have to work around work and what I can realistically eat so anything easy and portable is good for me.

THIS WAS YESTERDAY:
Breakfast: Half of sugar-free key lime pie Blue Bunny Yogurt
Water
Snack: Other half of yogurt
Water
Lunch: 2 TBLS of peanut butter and 1/4 of banana, popcycle
Water
Dinner: 1 low carb tortilla with 2 pieces of turkey bacon
and a slice of fat-free cheese. I also had a hand
fullof sunfloer seeds.
Decaf tea w/ splenda and lemon.
