is it just me
LOL Rhonda!! Well, we have had a whole lot of snow, so between playing outside with the kids, and clearing the walk, I haven't had a whole lot of time to get on. I have noticed when I do though that no one is talking.....I hope everyone is well too!! I have been doing very good!! Losing and feeling good most of the time. Last night I ate one bite too much and was so sick to my stomach and had horrible heartburn!! OUCH!! I guess I won't be doing that again!!!
Take care,
Teresa
Hi Teresa,
I am Vicki in Alabama (we had 1/2 inch of snow this morning!!). You are so right about "one bite too much." OUCH! I think when I did it, it took about 5 hours to stop hurting. Felt a bit like a heart attac****il I was finally able to throw up. Whew! Like you say, one time is enough to have you pay more attention. I had gotten a chicken salad, and didn't chew it well enough. Learned my lesson, and pay much closer attention to what I am doing when I eat!
I had my surgery 11/15, and I am down 39 pounds. Feeling better all the time, and am finally starting to get some energy! Yippeeeee!
Good luck to you on your journey back to health! Take care, Vicki
