How much are you all eating?

I had RNY on 11/4/4 and I am down about 52 pounds. I think I can eat quite a bit. But when I consider what I used to eat, it doesn't seem like so much. Here's my normal day. Breakfast: 1 egg w/ shredded cheese( I usually can't eat all of it) lunch: 1/2 sand: 1 pc. whole wheat bread (5 gr. protein) 1pc. provolone cheese 1 pc colby jack cheese 2 thin slices of deli meat then i grill it, It's SOO good!!! Dinner: usually another sand. or chx. or turkey.. I don't have a whole lot of variety these days, but it works I have found that white bread doesn't agree w/ me too mcuh..so i don't eat it.. I get heart palpatations if i eat someting that's too high in sugar or fat!! That's it for me!! melissa
