Problems with FLINTSTONES?
Hi everybody,
I just thought I'd share my new find. I am allowed to take any pills that are the size of an aspirin or smaller. I had eben having a lot of trouble with the Flintstones, and it seemed to be worse everyday. So I bought some Centrum Complete, and with a pill cutter cut them in half (this makes them the size of an aspirin); now I am done with the Flintstones! It was a great relief to know that I could swallow my vites.
I take the Flintstones, i really don't mind the taste. I tried the chewable centrum but found i was allergic to them, something in them makes the palms of my hands and the bottom of my feet ich really bad so i had to switch to the flintstones. Oh well at least i'm getting my vitimens in. Now if i could only get all my water and protien in i would be doing great!!

I take Zippy Zoo Completes from Kroger - they seem to have more nutrients than the Flintstones and it is much more fun to say.
I think I have been driving my family nuts because every time I take one I run around the house singing Zippy Zoooo! Zippy Zooo! hehe
I have had my entire family start taking them as well.
Hi, M. Bell here. Flintstones are not very easily absorbed in our rerouted plumbing. I suggest you try VistaVitamins chewables. They're made to be easily absorbed in the small intestine and are formulated especially for gastric bypass patients. Go to Bariatriceating.com to order. I have been taking these for the past month and have noticed a significant increase in energy, skin tone and nail strength. These are the vitamins recommended by Carnie Wilson and Susan Maria Leach. I am definately not advertising, just recommending - I hope that's OK. Good luck! - M.Bell
