Just wanted to pass this along to everyone. I went to a support meeting last night and they were talking about leftovers. They mentioned that some people cannot eat leftovers because it will make them sick. SOmething about bacteria that naturally gets on leftovers and in our old states would not bother us, but it could now. Just something to think about in case you find yourself eating something some night that gives you trouble but did not the night before!!! Happy holidays!!! Janet

I was absolutely wondering about that issue! I had made some mashed potatoes & some Dinty Moore - I am really having trouble with protein - so understand that's why I chose those... I know I need more nutritious stuff - ANYWAYS & was wondering if it was okay for me to eat a couple of days after - was really concerned that my new stomach might not be as resistant - EXCELLENT to know!

Pamela- Certainly you can try the leftovers. Not everyone is bothered by it, but some are. Good luck here is to hoping you don't !!!! Janet

I've heard that before on the CA board I've never been bothered by it....until last night I had a leftover 1/2 turkey patty. I got sick...I thought...Leftovers but then I realized I only threw up the Kraft cheese slice that was on top. Last time I had the patty plain!! I've also read that proc. cheese slices make people sick too. (I can eat reg cheese) So now I wonder cheese or leftover??? Isn't this one crazy game....What will stay down??? Stay tuned 15 minutes and I'll tell you!!! Haa Haa or Happy Holidays! Summer
