for those of you who hate the protein "Shakes", I have found a kool-aid type drink that isnt so bad and has 40g protein per bottle. You buy it pre-made at GNC. It is ISOPURE. I like the orange icy the best. It goes down easier then the others. Just a suggestion.

I didn't care much for IsoPure - Some of the flavors were okay, like the blue one, but I couldn't get past the smell and the texture left in my mouth afterward. For those that don't get turned off by scent, or who can deal with the texture (or find away around it) than this is a lighter option to shakes, but I tried each flavor and just couldn't do it. I have found a few protien drinks I can stand the taste of, but they all really leave me feeling nauseated... ~sigh~ I fear baldness in my future ~weep~

That is one that I like to. I just can't seem to do the shakes, I can't get past the smell. Glad you found something you like. Laurie

I think everyone's tastes are so different....mine keeps changing. I loved Unjury right after surgery...and now if I ever smell or taste it again I will throw up. I might try the Isopure too...I have to do something to get my protein levels up....too bad they don't make a chewable protein pill we would all have it made then, lol. Lori
