I am 33 lbs lighter in 1 month OH my GOD !1 month to the date 11/16/04

I feel so great at first I was worried that I wasn't loosing fast enough but, Now I am so happy My family and friends see a big difference I can deffinatly feel the difference. My clothes a so loose I was a 24 now I'm a 20 I can't wait till summer Bikini Maybe . I would like to ask ? Does anyone not have that dumping syndrome? I don't think that I have it at least I hope I don't......... I am so happy that this surgery was created I am a much happier person I can walk around the mall and not be exhausted after 10 mins I can go to the park with my children and play with them I have never been able to do that..... Thank you Lord I made it through Blessings to every one that is getting ready to have it done and also to those that are on the loosing side

Me too!! My surgery was on 11/17 and I'm down 33 pounds!! Isn't it great! Every diet I have ever been on, I loose 20-30 pounds and then it all comes back - but this time it never will!!! Yeah!!!! I have not gotten sick once. I have had a little upset stomach a couple of times but that is it! I hate to throw up though, so I am soooo careful about what I am eating! So, that may be why!! I am down 32 pounds myself! YAY!!! I haven't had the dumping thing (yet) and I don't want to. My nurse said that if I get the hiccups or chest pain I'm still eating too much. I 'm gonna try to save all my medicine cups to measure out 2 oz - that's about all I can hold right now. I'm elated that I will never be this size again. I'm already down 2 dress sizes and have purchased new undergarments - WHAT FUN!!! The little things become amazing now that I can fasten a seat belt without a struggle to get clothes out of the way! The Lord has been good to each of us in His own way! God is Good! Let's hear it for the jumpstart we've all made as we head in to 2005!

Hi Kewanna Congrats on your weight loss !! I am also down -32 lbs since my surgery on 11/24. I can relate to your post. I went to the mall last week and had no problem keeping up with everyone, heck I even took the stairs!! . This surgery is truly a blessing and it will only get better !!! Susan
