carbonated beverages?
Are any of you allowed to drink like carbonated waters?? I like some of the flavored waters they sell at Walmart, but I didn't know if carbonation was ok. I know we are not supposed to drink like sodas, but I wasn't sure if it was the caffeine or what.....I could call the dr. but I don't want to bug them about something like this, so I just thought I would see if its the carbonation that is the no no!! THanks!!!
Ok!! Thank you so much!! Now I don't have to call and ask them!! I sure don't want to stretch my pouch!! Or cause gas or anything! I will stick to my water, and sf koolaid, although I guess I have never tried the diet arizona iced tea!!! I am going to buy some!!! I have been very thirsty for tea too! Is it decaffinated? I can't tolerate lemonade at all, it gives me heartburn terrible!
No carbonation for me!!! Thank you for letting me know.
You know I have never really looked to see if the AZ iced tea has caffine. I don't have any trouble with caffine, but have cut a lot of it out of my diet since the surgery just because.... though I did splurge and have a light vanilla latte from starbucks last week. Mmmmmmm....
Good luck, let me know if you like the tea. I find it is a nice change from water all the time.
Oh ps, if you crave chocolate and have a Fry's or a Fred Meyer in your area, try Kroger Fat Free Dutch Hot Cocoa Mix (with calcium). It is made without sugar and tastes lovely! It has really hit that chocolate craving for me and helped me warm up on those chilly arizona nights
Thanks!! I will have to try the hot cocoa. We don't have a Fry's or Fred Meyer but we do have a Kroger here....think its the same?? Its cold here in Indiana, so that would hit the spot!!!
I cut out all caffeine one month before the surgery so that I wouldn't have caffeine withdrawls when I was in the hospital....lol!!
I am going to stop and get some of the AZ iced tea this evening before church!! I am ready for something besides water!!
