Annoyed
Don'****ch your scales so often (I know this is difficult to do!), and remember muscle weighs more than fat. If you are losing fat and gaining muscle you will not show a weight loss, but you are losing inches (increased activity and protein intake will cause this). Measure yourself, and when you are not losing pounds, check to see the inches you have lost. I've heard that every few weeks you will experience this "slow down" in weight loss. It shakes everybody up; hang in there!

Sharon,
Just checking in to see how you're doing. Have the scales moved since you last posted? Mine finally did two days ago. What a relief. I was beginning to think I was going to be the only one in the world that this surgery didn't work for. I'm a much happier camper now. I did up my protein intake which several people (including the doctor) told me to do. I guess that was the trick.
Happy Holidays!

Yeap, finally moved!!! Hooray! I've upped my water and protein intake a bunch and I think that is part of the key. The other part...patience...ugh. I am losing inches so I know this is working!! Thank you for checking in and asking! I'm so glad your scale is moving too...scary when it doesn't, huh?
Merry Christmas and blessings on your family this season!
