Hi! I just found this board and it's great to find people in the same boat I'm in. I'm just two weeks out and feel great. I'm getting my proteins in, fluids and just introduced pureed to my list of haves. Trail and error right now. I have been lucky enough to lose 25lbs in 15 days, but I have lost everywhere but my stomach. Actually pants that were comfortable pre-surgery are not comfortable now. Does this make sense to anyone? Just seeing if I'm normal. I had lap RNY Thanks, Tee

Hi Theresa!!! When I look at myself, I can't tell much in my stomach yet either!! My husband and I had a good laugh the other day because I told him I had lost weight in my toes!! I have though, my toe ring goes round and round!! I can tell alot in my face and neck, my wrists and my bra size, not cup size, but around. My tummy hurt for about 3 weeks!! I was so happy when I could finally sleep on my stomach!! My Dr. told me to get in the hot tub, and that helped with the pain and oddly enough, the one area on the left that was the most sore and where I could see swollen, was SO much better!! Just this past week, I have been able to wear more clothes. At first all I wanted to wear was sweat pants. Of course, I don't own any jeans yet, so I haven't tried those. I have worn the stretch pants and stuff also and those feel fine now, but at first, I kinda felt like everything felt different there!!! Now I just can't wait for them to be big enough to fall down!! LOL!! I hope I have helped!! Glad you are here!!!!

My stomach looks bigger than ever! I have lost 31 pounds and so I would think some of that would have come off my stomach. I know my butt and hips and smaller so, maybe that makes my stomach look bigger?! I don't know the reasoning, but I do understand what you are feeling!!! Amanda
