I am not hungry at all either! I do make myself eat though and try to get enough protein because I don't want my hair to fall out...lol!! I have been drinking sf koolaid and crystal light lemonade along with the water because the water just did not taste good to me all the time!! Plus, I never used to drink COLD water, but now, the colder, the better it tastes to me!! I haven't had any of the head hunger issues at all, I am just not hungry and NOTHING sounds good at all!! Well, I take that back....haha!! My Dr. has us eating all protein for right now, and I would LOVE to have a bite of mashed potatoes!!!

Hi Ann, I'm a little over 2 weeks Post Op right now and have had similar issues. I am mostly afraid to eat for fear of vomiting which luckily I haven't done yet. I have been struggling to get in enough liquids during the day but have discovered a product that has helped a great deal. Have you tried Propel Fitness Water? It's made by Gatorade and is very good. It has 10 calories per 8oz serving and comes in Lemon, Berry, and Kiwi-Strawberry. I got mine at Costco but am sure you could find it at your local grocery store. Also, I've found that I can take more than 2-4 bites of blended soup as long as I take tiny bites and eat very slowly. I manage to eat about 1/4-1/2 cup of soup at a meal time. ~Kim
