Cheese soup is great.... and good protein source - Cambells has a pepper jack one that is simply delish!!! (just filter out the pepper flakes or just don't eat them).... wonderful... I am on full liquids too!!! I find the protein shakes fill me up for a long, long time and keep me satisfied almost all day... Good luck B

1/2 cup milk 2 scoops of protein powder 1 cup ice (flavorings..... eg. 1/2 tsp almond extract, 4 frozen cherries, 2 tsp cocoa) blend in spurts with hand or regular blender. With my protein powder this eequals 50gms protein B

Mmmmmm cheese soup - that sounds pretty yummy - I've been eating potato soups & mashing the potatoes into the soup - and bean with bacon & mashing the beans into broth - these taste to me a little closer to "food" This is a fun & interesting journey
