Hey everybody, I have already lost 22 pounds, and I feel fantastic. I have more energy than I ever expected. I am able to play with my 2-year old nephew as long as 1 hour without getting pooped. I am very sorry to hear about those who are having so many problems. I am very lucky to have a sister who has gone through weight loss surgery before and gives me great advise on any problems that I have. Guess what, I can ride my stationary bike now, so maybe the weight will come off faster since I am exercising three to four days a week. Just remember that I am here if anyone needs some to talk to. Your wls buddy, Angela S.

You are so lucky....I too am 2 weeks out and have no energy. I am not even getting in the nutriants I need, because they go right thru me. But I did go to my general doc today and she said to give it one month before I can start feeling human again. I WANT TO BE YOU!!! What surgery did you have? on what day? Mine was Nov. 16th. Good to hear you are doing well and keep up the exercise. Renea

I had my surgery on Nov 16th too! I have a ton of energy and am feeling great! I walk on my treadmill between 25-30 minutes each day and I try to up the speed a little every day. I am eating okay now, which is great. Get your water in and work on that protein and make sure you are taking your vitamin B-12. I am sure that has helped me so much!! Congrats on getting on the bike. Hope your weight loss keeps going down for you. At 2 weeks post op, I am down 21lbs myself. I am really starting to feel it now. Take care!! Erica 258/237/125
