Would you all please sign my friend's surgery page...??

Shelley is a dear person who is having surgery this coming Tuesday, November 16th. She lives in North Carolina and is having surgery in Atlanta, so she is leaving today to go there. Previously, I was scheduled for the same day, however two days ago I received a call from my surgeon's office telling me I had been rescheduled for the 7th of December. I had suggested to Shelley that printing out her page would be a great idea to take with her and comfort her as she prepared to go to the OR. I think she plans to do just that. So, could you all please fill it up for her? I pray that God will bless you and enrich each of your lives!
