I had gastroplasy 16 years ago. I lost over 200 pounds and have since gained all but 60 of it back. I am considering having Roux-en-y Gastric Bypass, now. Any thoughts???? Pam

I think most on this board are first timers, but I could be wrong. You might want to try the revision forum where people with a situation similar to yours might have some better insight.
