Anyone have last min. testing?

I got a call from my surgeon today requesting another EKG and a stress on Nov. 26. Thats 4 days till my surgery. This has put me on pins and needles.

As a matter of fact, yes...I am scheduled for Monday at 6AM, and I had to have a CT scan of my chest done this AM because my last chest x-ray showed a possible hernia, and my doc just wants to be fully informed before he goes in. He said it could very well be just a glitch kinda thing on the x-ray, but better safe than sorry! It makes me a little nervous, too, as if the whole surgery thing isn't nerve-wracking enough! and some pewople say we're taking the "easy way out". What a hoot!
