Hi Lynnie, I'm one of your election-day surgery buddies. I came home Thursday, and I'm feeling great. A trifle more tired that usual, but I expected that. Tuesday night, in my hospital room, every time I wakened I turned on FOX news on the tv, to watch for a bit, and see what was the status of the election. I have to drink 48 oz of liquid daily, plus 6 small 4-oz full liquid meals throughout the day, and include 60 - 80 grams of protein. I don't like the sweet stuff so much, but cream soup with protein powder added is going down ok, and not tasting too bad, either. I like the SF popsicles, too. Let's hear from the rest of you -- now that you're post-op, how are you managing? I hope we're all back home, and complication free. Please take care, and report in, Susan
