I have my surgery date and its Nov 16. Woohoo!!!! I am excited, anxious and nervous all at the same time.

Hello Michael, We share the same surgery date. I am more excited than nervous at this point. Hi All! The only thing that scares me is that I am affraid I will catch a bad cold the week before surgery or something. I am trying my hardest to avoid coming in contact with anyone with a cold. It is unfortunate, but this includes my husband. I have been taking my "one a days". You don't really have to worry about that in Calf. do you? I'll be praying for you. Christie

Hi Christie..yeah, I sort of share that fear with you, myself. Especially with the flu vaccine shortage! My husband and I are both "high-risk" and have letters stating as much from our physicians, but there is just no vaccine in the area. I just have to make very sure I stay "cold/flu free" at least until after the 16th.
