Hi Angela!!!! Im in the same boat as you are!!! Im SO excited its rediculous!!!!! But im scared also. Not of the surgery.....but of after. when i cant eat the amounts i've been use to eating my entire life. And the liquids intake. Amy,
When is your surgery date? I am also not to good at drinking...I just never feel thirsty. I will just have to force myself! As for the things I am afraid of....Dying and leaving my husband and daughter! I am also very afraid of the pain and the new challenges of following my eating plan. I have never been able to follow any type of diet for very long in the past so I am hopeful that with this tool I will be able to do it!!!!

Happy chick and Sharon,
I would love to stay in touch since we will all be going thru this together! I am really really worried about the pain. I hope I dont have to much time left to worry. I also want to share a tip I got from a book I was reading...the author gave the idea of buying a disposable camera a that you can use to document your weight loss. Each month on the day of your surgery you should take a photo (always take it in the same spot and pose) Then at the end on the first year get them developed to really see the change! I though that was a really neat idea.
