9 Days and counting!

Just found out about this site......I started the process last March 2004, and got approved on September 10th. My surgery date is Monday, November 1st, Shawnee Mission Hospital, Shawnee Kansas. Friends and joining the wife and I for my "Last Supper" next Friday evening. We're all camping out for the weekend, and I'm gonna have a nice BIG lobster flown in from New England! Don

Congratulations Don! They sure made you wait a long time for approval. I already had my last supper! My doc makes us start special diet 2 weeks b4 surgery. 3 meals-4oz protein & veggies. All I can think about is what I can't eat after WLS. So Don eat a big fat lobster for me or and don't forget the !!!! I have surgery 11-04. I wish you a speedy surgery and recovery!
