My date is also on nov. 1st and I was told to go ahead and start my vitamins to get them built up in my system. I take a sugar-free children's chewable multivitamin twice a day and will continue to do so after surgery. If you want me to, I can send you the nutrient list my surgeon gave me to your email. MULTIVITAMIN WITH MINERALS------2 Per day (one at a time)
CALCIUM CITRATE------------------1200 mg per day(no more than 500-600mg at a time)
VITAMIN B 12-------------1000 mcg a week
OMEGA 3 FATTY----------Coromega supplement 1 per day or eating tuna, salmon, mackeral, or sardines 3 times a week
You would also need to find out with your doc whether or not they want you to have an iron supplement and if so how much. hope this helps!
