I am amazed at me and my new life. Life is grand. I hiked 6 miles this morning 1,300 ft elevation gain.....it was no problem. I could not walk to the mail box 2 years ago. I hope everyone is doing well, too. Sandy

I still don't go to the mailbox. I hate going to the mailbox.
