Pat, my inspiration, my friend!!! HELLOOOOOO!!! You huzz, did you get my email when you sent the picture of your amazing weight loss! I am so jealous!!! But the race is back on....!!!!! I am back on track, and have lost 2 lbs. this week just by cutting out the carbs and drinking my protein again!! Pat, I need to thank you for not giving on me and calling me to check on me.
