Reading your post just gave me the little nudge I needed to realize how important it is to keep supporting each other through this journey. I'm one of those sl-o-w losers. I've lost about 75lbs and I'm stuck...have been for over a month or so. I've stopped by the chatroom several times...and couldn't catch anyone there. Maybe we can chat again sometime. I HAVE BEING STUCK IN THAT RUT, BUT ALOT OF MINE HAD TO DO WITH THE FACT THAT I MADE BAD FOOD CHOICES, I THINK IF I CUT OUT THE CARBS AGAIN, THE WEIGHT WILL START TO COME OFF AGAIN.
