Getting back to basics..for those last few lbs....
I recently had an irritated tummy and had to go back to liquids and soft foods for two days. It was kinda nice. Not only did i start loosing weight again, I liked the simplicity. Not too mucht to think about when there's only so much you can eat. One thing that i came to discover is that i was eating too much starch and starch will slow down weight loss. I recently consulted with my nutritionist and she told me one starch per meal, fruit or veggie and protien. Once i started applying that, the pounds have started coming off again. Just some food for thought. I only have 20 more lbs to go to my goal!
