Anyone relying on a Commercial Diet Plan to Take off the Final Pounds?
I am 16 months out and have lost 80 of my goal of 113 lbs. I haven't lost any weight in a long time and I've changed up my exercise and I've also documented my food, etc. I get lost in grazing sometimes and I thought about trying NutriSystem or something like that to help me re-discipline my intake. Assuming I can get the protein I need, does anyone have any experience with this?
