At a stand Still!!!

Anybody have any suggestions? I am at such a stand still. I work out 3-4 times a week and eat healthy but I just seem to be stuck where I am. I want to lose about 30 more pounds. Any ideas please let me know.

Are you logging everything you eat on to fitday.com? Maybe you are getting too many or too little calories. Maybe you are eating too many carbs or not enough protien. When you say you have been eating healthy, what kinds of foods have you been eating? Have you been getting all your vitamins? Any of these things can bring your weightloss to a halt.

what is fitday.com? the only carbs I eat is with a sandwitch. Been taking my vitamins. Is it possible to have a weightloss halt every know and then? Again let me know more about that website.

I went through several stand stills. One really long one. I got so bummed out about it I started eating the wrong foods and put on 7 pounds!!! Yikes. LOL But I took it off within a week. So I am back to my stand still again.... but I know I will still lose more. I am past my own goal weight, but do still want to lose another 10 pounds or so. I am 5' 4" 151 pounds. Started at 329. So I am happy. I fit in a size 8 or 10 depends on the name brand.

HI Andrea Im in the same boat doing everything right and nada. I even spoke to a nutrionist and she said my body is at its comfortable weight and tht I need to work out more. I feel your frustration Rach
