one pound below chart weight
144 pounds gone.
I am now one pound below what the charts say i should weigh. I started out at 277 and now weigh 133 pounds. I am adding carbs back in for snacks and trying to drink protein drinks at least three times a week. I also hope to stop loosing soon. I have went from a 32 size to a 6-8 size. I cannot believe it. I too see the fat girl that i was. I think it takes time to realize that the person in the mirror is US!!!!!!!!!!!
