I know we have already set New Year's Resolutions. But what are your WLS Goals for January? By setting small monthly goals, it helps enable us to reach the larger long term goals. So what do you want to accomplish in the month of January? I personally, would like to drop another 5lbs and increase the intensity of my workouts. I am also going to get back into the habit of doing at least one "all liquid protein day". Happy New Year Everyone!! Diamond

My GOAL is to get back on track. I've been bad during all the holidays. I've gained 2 lb. I know it doesn't sound like much but better now with 2 lb than with 20 lb. I've been grazing way to much. I need to go back to my regular meals and snacks on schedule. If I could lose a total of 5 lb on top of the 2 lb I'd be one very happy camper. Robin W 218/117/115-110 26w/4 petite

I have gotten off track during the holidays but I plan to get back on track and excerise 5 times a week and make sure that I am getting in all my protein. I just want to lose 12 lbs and I will be at the low end of goal weight from my doctor! I really didn't gain during the holiday season, so I am very happy about that. 12 lbs, it seems like such a small amount but when that is all I have left to go it seems like so much! I will lose it and that will put me at 112 lbs!

Mine is to get on a meal schedule and STICK TO IT. No more grazing!

My goals for January are: Get back on track - i've been eating anything that I want and drinking soda, its time to get strict! Start exercising at least 5 times a week - I've been slacking when it comes to exercise, I bought all these new exercise machines and now its time to use them. LOL I would like to lose hopefully 20 lbs. - I have approximately 60 lbs. to go to reach my goal, I would like to reach my goal by the spring/summer. Luckily while I was being bad I didn't gain, it just made me plateau. Kristin - 145 lbs.
