Tomorrow is the beginning of a brand new month. Have you took time out of your busy schedule to focus what goals you would like to acheive over the next month? I really need to increase my exercise routine this month. Walking is basically my only form of exercise right now due to me healing from surgery. I will not be able in incorporate weight training until the middle of the month. I am slowly but surely working on my pre surgery walking distance(5 miles). I am also going to continue to do the "All liquid Monday" I really feel refreshed after a day of all liquids. I will also challenge myself to increase my water intake daily. What are your goals for the next month? Diamond

I want to get off this plateau. It has been the longest one yet. I only have 20 lbs to reach the goal set by Dr. C and I am to meet the plastic surgeon on the 17th ~ she said meeting now was good, since she isn't doing new surgeries until spring and this will give us time to get approved and for me to lose the other 20 lbs, but at the rate I am *not* losing, it could take forever and ever amen.

Goal for November is to keep the scale moving. It started moving downwards again after 4 - 6 weeks of staying steady. Thank god the inches were coming off or I would not know what to do. Also to stay on course. I find myself grazing more these days since the amount and types of food have increased from 11 months ago. But hey I have about 30 more pounds to go. No complaints but want to reach goal. I remember myself going to Weigh****chers and looking at those women saying I need to lose 25-30 lbs and I was like oh gee that's no big deal, now I understand where they were coming from.

I am working on getting the scale to move downward again, it has been stuck for 2 weeks now. I only have 8 lbs until I make goal. I am meeting w/my PCP to discuss having a tummy tuck done soon.
