Quit getting discouraged. Remember when we went to weigh****chers and starved for a week and lost 1/4 pound. How soon we forget. It would have taken 2 years to loose what you have lost by now. We all loose at a different pace. I know a lady that just had it and has lost 56 pounds in 7 weeks. I have not lost that much in 7 weeks since i started this journey. I am hapy with what i have lost and you should be also. I quit weighing and it does come off, just slower at this time in our journey. Inches are dropping if the scale is not moving. Hang in there and cheer up. Debbie p.s. i have a new profile, take a look.

I am so with you on this one!!!!!!!! I do not weigh myself (I don't even own a scale). The only reason I even know I am still loosing is by the reaction I get from friend's and family as well as the new wardrobe I seem to need to buy every few weeks. I do understand how people can get obsessed with the numbers on a scale but in the end as long as we are better off then where we started we are all successful!!!!!!
