Having fun buying clothes
I have been having a ball buying some new fall clothes. There was nothing in my closet to wear for cool weather. I ordered some clothes in a size large and they fit. When I held them up I thought this looks too small and won't fit, but lo and behold it did. I still have a hard time believing someone when they call me skinny, but smile real big inside. Isn't this surgery grand. Pat

I haven't bought much yet because I am waiting to hit goal--that is only 18 pounds away then I am going on a big spree! I am now a size 14 and thinking I will end up in a 10, maybe some 12's in dress clothes. I started out as a 28 and some 30's so I am really thrilled with my results!

I always hated shopping for clothes, now I just can't help myself. It has become an addiction. I can now fit into old navy clothes and have banned myself from there.
I have a wedding to go to and I can't wait to buy a new dress. Actually a dress since everything else was given away already. I also have to get a winter coat soon or I will be freezing my butt off. Oops I forgot, I have no butt. LOL
Do NOt buy too many of one size. I have had to give away so many clothes that i bought thinking i would be in them and they were too big in a few weeks. I too buy at thrift stores and resale stores now. I have found some nice bargains. I am amazed that our feet have changed sizes also. Fat feet wouldn't go into the shoes i reckon. Now the feet go into smaller sizes.
It is so much fun being called skinny butt........ I just look at them and laugh.
I cannot imagine every being called skinny. in 12's now and started at 28-32 size from Avenue, not the Walmart sizes.
