How do I stop this?
I got to my goal last month and was very happy. I was a size 6 but am now wearing a loose size 4.
I called my nutritionist to see how to stop the weight loss and she told me to add more carbs and to eat well rounded meals. I have been doing all that and getting in almost 1300 calories each day,including about 50 carbs, but the weight is still coming off!
I will even be thinner after my tummy tuck next month. I am just hoping that my body will stop this losing soon!
Does anyone have any suggestions?
