Is their anyone that does...
I was wondering the same thing. I have almost reached my goal weight of 145 and I have no loose skin or things of that sort. My DR said that because I work out every day at the gym and the fact that I'm still fairly young my skin has great elasticity. So I don't think I will need any PS. Now- do I WANT plastic surgery- that is a different question alotgether! I need some breasts back! These B's are for the BIRDS! Hope this helps! I know every body is different and responds to nature and the WLS differently. Best wishes!

Young people and lightweights may neither need nor want any tweaking. Technically, very few of us probably NEED plastic surgery--unless your pannis hangs so low it obstructs your walking you can live with it--there are ways to deal with rashes if they become a problem.
Those of us over 40 don't have the same degree of elasticity to our skin and no matter how much we work out or how much water we drink we are going to have some sagging of loose skin, especially we the formerly super-morbidly obese. How much work to have done (TT, breast lift, arms, thighs, upper body lift) will depend on individual preferences and pocketbooks. I want to have a TT and breast lift but I can live with my arms and thighs. The upper body lift gives great results but it is horrendously expensive, extremely invasive, and has a very long recovery time.
